Teemad:Stress has become an almost unavoidable part of modern life, and students are particularly vulnerable. Balancing academic demands with the desire to achieve, explore opportunities, and perform at a high level often creates intense pressure.
While many people recognize that prolonged negative stress can lead to burnout, fewer realize that even positive stress, when sustained over time, can have a similar impact.
In this seminar, we will explore the nature of stress, learn to recognize the early warning signs and stages of burnout. We will discuss when it’s time to take a step back and reevaluate the situation, and go through some practical strategies for navigating challenges and building resilience.
