Aim of the course: | introduce participants structural equation modelling, receive knowledge on confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), structural equations models (SEM), identification issues in CFA and SEM, and multi-group models.
Target group: | PhD students
Prerequisites: | Participants should have some experience with factor analysis and multiple regression, for example in SPSS. First insights in the basic functions of AMOS or SmartPLS are an advantage. All participants need to have a SmartPLS license for the time of the workshop and SmartPLS installed on their machines.
Topics: | - Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) - Structural Equation Modelling - Identification Issues in CFA and SEM - Multi-Group Models
Study results: | The participant knows how to structure a structural equation model and is able to analyze these models.
