| Aim of the course: | The aim of the program is to develop learners’ ability to ensure organizational and societal continuity in complex environments characterized by hybrid threats, disinformation, and rapid technological shifts. The program combines the strategic design of resilient digital systems—covering connectivity, infrastructure, governanc, environmental impact and sustainability and technologies—with advanced evidence-based reasoning skills. | Study results: | 1. Assess hybrid threat risks: Identify and analyse the impact of information operations, disinformation, and manipulation on decision-making and business continuity. 2. Design resilient digital systems: Apply the CIGET model (connectivity, infrastructure, governance, environmental sustainability, technology) to create interoperable and crisis-resilient solutions. 3. Navigate legal frameworks: Understand legal foundations of digital states, data protection, and privacy; assess the impact of emerging technologies (including AI) on legal responsibility. 4. Apply critical thinking and evidence-based reasoning: Use structured analytical methods to evaluate information and make ethical and justified decisions under uncertainty. 5. Integrate security and governance principles: Combine cybersecurity, data governance, and societal requirements into sustainable, trust-building organisational solutions. 6.
