Aim of the course:To provide selected specialized knowledge in the field of intellectual property (IP) law within the Digital Single Market
Target group:Staff whose positions require an understanding of the interaction between intellectual property rights and technology in the Digital Single Market.

2. Applies legal principles to cases related to Digital IP law
3. Explains the relationship between IP law, technology and competition law in the EU Digital Single Market
4. Discusses and critically assesses EU digital regulatory initiatives
