| Aim of the course: | Aim of the program is to focus on the technological complexities of how governments can satisfy the current and future needs of their citizens.
One of the main tenet's of the program is that entrepreneurial spirit is a very important societal aspect in the whole governance eco-system. - Six-day program on how to build a secure e-governance related service - Hands on mentorship provided by field experts - Lectures by practical e-Governance experts from e-Estonia - 100% based on virtual teamwork - Great networking opportunities and high level, contacts with practitioners - Final pitching in front of experts’ panel |

| Topics: | During the six-day e-School participants will be organized into teams and handed a e-governance related problem that they will be working on until the final pitching day. Besides teamwork, each day will consist of lectures related to building digital services in e-governance ecosystem. Lecture topics: Day 1: Legal and regulatory aspects of e-Governance, Electronic Identity and Authentication in e-Services Day 2: Building interoperability and digital data exchange, Event Driven Microservices Day 3: Digital transformation - human and technical perspective, possibilities for using AI within governmental processes Day 4: Cyber Security Frameworks and Approaches Day 5: Designing e-services On Day 0 participants will be divided into teams. Each team will have a tutor who will be facilitating the progress of solving a real world e-governance related problem. |
| Study results: | Students can familiarize with digital government solutions; Students have an insight and access to Estonian know-how (and hands-on sessions with practitioners) in the e-Governance field. |
