| Aim of the course: | To introduce the TalTechData research data repository and provide an overview of the principles and practical aspects of publishing, preserving and managing research data, including the technical aspects of using the repository. | ||||||

| Topics: | TalTechData’s features and practical use: uploading and describing datasets, adding metadata, file formats and structure, setting licences and access rights, using DOIs, and managing dataset versions. | ||||||
| Study results: | After completing the training, the participant: understands the purpose and main uses of the TalTechData repository; can upload and describe a dataset in TalTechData; can select an appropriate licence and set access rights; understands the principles of metadata, DOI and version management | ||||||
